ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: All youth players under 21 years of age are eligible.

REGISTRATION FEE: 19 x 19 Board: $35.00 (Lunch included).       

                     13 x 13 Board: $30.00.

LATE FEE: $ 20.00 (After March16, 2013).

TOURNAMENT PLAY: 19 X 19 Board (5 games) and 13 X 13 Board (5 games). All players will play       

even games (no handicap). They will be divided into different groups according to           their level. There will be 8 points komi for the 19X19 games, and 5 points komi for the 13X13   games.  The players who do not show up for games within 15 minutes of the appointed time will forfeit their games.

AWARD: The top six winners from each section will be awarded with prizes, but only the top    four winners will receive trophies. Every player who completes all five games but does not place in the top six from their section will receive a consolation prize.
